Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Vagary Labs LLP aims to make its websites and products usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

We treat accessibility as part of building the thing, not as a remediation step afterwards.

2. Standard we work to

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and by accessibility law in a number of other jurisdictions where our users are.

3. Current status — stated honestly

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met but some content does not yet fully conform.

We publish the status as partial rather than claiming full conformance because we have not completed an independent audit across every product. Claiming a conformance level we have not verified would be the kind of statement this page exists to avoid.

Measures in place across our sites include semantic HTML structure and heading order; keyboard navigability; text alternatives for meaningful images; colour contrast targeted at AA; support for both light and dark colour schemes; layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom; and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Known gaps we are working on: no completed third-party audit; some product interfaces have not been tested end-to-end with every major screen reader; third-party embedded content — advertising, video players, payment forms — is outside our direct control and may not meet AA.

4. Third-party content

Some parts of our services are supplied by third parties. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind where we have a choice, but we cannot guarantee content we do not author. If a third-party component blocks you, tell us — we can often provide an alternative route to the same task.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If you cannot use part of our services, we want to know. A specific report is the fastest route to a fix.

• We acknowledge within 5 business days.
• We give you an assessment and a plan within 15 business days.
• Where a fix will take longer, we offer an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Grievance Officer, and you retain any right to complain to the accessibility enforcement body in your jurisdiction.

7. Review

This statement is reviewed when we make a significant change to a site or product, and at least annually.
