Products and Pricing
1. What we sell
Vagary Labs LLP builds and operates software products. Each product is sold on its own site, under its own brand, with its own plans — and every one of them is contracted with, invoiced by, and legally the responsibility of this single entity.
Prices are published on each product's own pricing page rather than duplicated here. That is deliberate: a second copy of a price list is a copy that will eventually disagree with the real one, and the number a customer is charged must have exactly one source.

Products described as in development are not available for purchase, hold no customer data, and are listed here only so this page is a complete and honest account of what the entity does.
3. How billing works
- Currency. Each product states its billing currency at checkout. You are charged in that currency; your bank may apply its own conversion and fees on top.
- Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected — monthly or annual — until cancelled.
- Auto-renewal. Renewal is disclosed before purchase, not after. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. See Refund and Cancellation.
- Metered usage. Some plans include usage allowances with charges beyond them. Where that applies, the rate and the allowance are shown on the product's pricing page before purchase.
- Taxes. Shown separately at checkout where we are required to collect them.
- Invoices. Issued by Vagary Labs LLP and available in the account. Invoices carry the registered particulars required of an Indian LLP.
4. Price changes
We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price for the remainder of the period already paid for. Where a renewal price differs, we tell you before the renewal is charged and in time for you to cancel if you would rather not continue. We do not raise a price silently at renewal.
5. Enterprise and custom terms
For volume, procurement requirements, a data-processing agreement or a negotiated service level, contact [email protected]. Enterprise agreements are contracted with Vagary Labs LLP on the same entity basis as self-serve plans.
6. Questions about a charge
Email [email protected] with the account email and the approximate date. If a charge turns out to be wrong, we refund it — see Refund and Cancellation.
